KalPro 40

KalPro40 is a granular potassium fertiliser with magnesium and sulphur for use on all soil types and under all crops, with the exception of those particularly sensitive to chlorine. It is designed to satisfy the nutritional needs of plants on an ongoing basis, as well as to improve the abundance of elements in soils, mainly potassium. It contains water-soluble compounds of potassium, magnesium and sulphur. Thanks to its granulated form, it has very good spreading properties. The best results are obtained when the fertiliser is applied at presowing stage, mixed with soil to a depth of 10-15 cm. The product may also be applied as a top dressing in spring, when the vegetation starts to grow, for winter crops or perennial crops.
On grasslands (meadows, pastures), it is recommended to divide doses higher than 60 kg K2O per hectare (i.e. 150 kg KalPro40 fertiliser). The first dose should be applied in spring during the start of vegetation and the next after successive swaths and, in the case of pastures, after the second grazing.
